Get involved with the Museum by joining one of our membership schemes

The Museum of Transport is operated by a volunteer charity - Greater Manchester Transport Society (GMTS), in partnership with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM).

We rely on visitor and membership income as well as the support of our volunteers, together with your additional generosity through donations.

All of our income directly contributes to the upkeep and development of the Museum and its collections, allowing us to continue to protect our heritage.
